Central Trucking, Inc. is hiring full-time CDL-A Regional Delivery Drivers based out of our Springfield, Missouri terminal.

NEW PAY STARTING OCTOBER 1ST
$0.65 CPM with Hazmat + Tanker endorsements
$0.60 CPM without Hazmat + Tanker endorsements
Loaded and empty miles paid.
Full-time drivers will also be eligible for our new Quarterly Safety Bonus beginning January 1st, earning up to an additional $0.02 CPM on all safe miles.
CONSISTENT MILES. REGULAR HOME TIME.
Our East Regional drivers pick up freight at our Springfield terminal, deliver throughout the eastern region, reload and return to Springfield.
Most runs are approximately 2-3 days out and back.
Full-time drivers regularly return through Springfield before heading back out on their next run, providing consistent miles and steady earning potential without staying on the road for weeks at a time.

ADDITIONAL PAY
• Extra Stops: $20 each after the first
• Layover Pay: $150 per day
• Vacation Pay: Earned every 110,000 miles
• Weekly direct deposit
LATE-MODEL EQUIPMENT
Drive a late-model Peterbilt 579 equipped with:
• APU
• Inverter
• Refrigerator
• Assigned truck

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
• Class A CDL
• Minimum age 23
• Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
• Local experience considered with previous OTR experience
• Must meet CTI and DOT qualification requirements
• Must be willing to obtain Hazmat + Tanker endorsements
• Must communicate effectively with dispatch
• Applicants previously enrolled in a DOT SAP program are not eligible
