Caspi Trans Inc. is hiring experienced car haulers to run OTR out of our Springfield, MA yard. We run a steady lane from the Northeast to the Southwest and Midwest, so you’ll know your freight and know your roads.
What we offer
-Percentage-based pay — you earn more when the load pays more

What you’ll do
-Operate safely and legally at all times — DOT hours, speed, following distance, pre- and post-trip inspections
-Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently, protecting both the cars and yourself
-Stay within legal height and weight limits on every load — proper deck placement, ramp angles, and axle weights are non-negotiable
-Secure every vehicle properly before moving
-Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally at pickup and delivery
What we require
-Minimum 6 months of verifiable car hauling experience
-Minimum 1 year of verifiable safe driving experience
-Clean driving record and the ability to pass DOT requirements
-Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset — damage-free delivery is the standard
