This unit is a 14’ x 70’ mobile home with a 7’ x 24’ expando with a wheelchair ramp for accessibility. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and also includes a wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer hook-ups, shed, back deck, awning and carport and rents for $850 per month with a $850 security deposit. Monday thru Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for more information. Cats are allowed without pet deposit if they are fixed and the front claws are removed. Sorry, no dogs are allowed. There is a $35 per adult application fee required when applications are submitted.
