Lot rent is $300 per month and includes water, sewer, and garbage unless you do the package deal.
Tenant is responsible for electricity, propane, and internet. Internet service is already available at this site.
If you choose seller financing, your monthly payment will be the $300 lot rent plus whatever RV payment we agree upon. I work with buyers to create payment plans based upon what they can comfortably afford.
Everything in this RV works and it is ready to move into.
Pet friendly for an additional fee.
This RV has its own drive-through parking space.

If you pay cash and want to move the Keystone from Paulson Park, that's perfectly fine. I may be able to help you get it moved.
If you want to purchase it now and leave it at Paulson Park until you're ready to move it, that can also be arranged if you pay for it before delivery.
