Lot rent is $300 per month and includes water, sewer, and garbage.
Tenant is responsible for electricity, propane, and internet. Internet service is already available at this site.
Your monthly payment will be the $300 lot rent plus whatever RV payment we agree upon. I work with buyers to create payment plans based upon what they can comfortably afford.
