10x5 homemade trailer.
The wooden floor is in good condition. Comes with leaf springs. Tongue jack included.
One new tire & the other one is in really good condition to boot.
Pull down ramp.

New lights that will need to be installed ( which are included ).
After that, it should be good to take it over to Troop D Hiway Patrol station on east Kearney Street to get a title.
Located in centeter city ofi Springfield, Missouri. I drilled out holes on each side of the pulldown ramp along with welded hanging chains to drop so you could add drop-in pins. It has a wire mesh welded on the tongue. The 10X5 does not include the length of the tongue ( its 54-inch long & V shape ). that can hold your tool/workbox. I need my space back in my shop, plus I just don't use this much.
I'll be happy to write out a bill of sale. It's a good trailer. There is a spare for it, but as you can see in the pictures, that's all it will be unless you get another tire for it. However, it does hold air.

Come & check it out. I think it will make you a good trailer at a third of the cost, plus it is better made than the trailers at Lowe's for 3 thousand.
