We are a long established, primarily mobile cosmetic repair company. Offering rim, interior, paint corrections, bumper and body work onsite for area auto dealerships. Window tinting and ppf are offered as well. For larger jobs and inclement weather we do have a body shop.
Seeking an EXPERIENCED, self motivated, responsible, dependable individual that can repair/paint bumpers and light collision work outdoors, year round. Need quality finishes. All tools, supplies, paint and truck are provided. You must be insurable to drive. Ability to work independently and with other team members. Comfortable with push ins, cracked bumpers, bumper/panel replacement(can teach), reforming bodylines, hot stapling, cold glue pulls(can teach), wetsanding/buffing. We do not ever do framework. Complete repaints are ONLY entertained in the months of Jan or Feb. We are way to busy otherwise.
Pay is commissioned based and paid weekly. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance. Work week is M-F, weekends are optional. Full time pay without ever working 40hr weeks. Each technician has decision making ability. Never micromanage, don't have the time to babysit. Virtually your own boss without the headache of administration or account acquisitions.
