SUMMARY
Hands-on warehouse and shipping opportunity supporting order fulfillment, inventory movement, production material needs and outbound logistics. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment, physical work and a mix of warehouse and computer-based responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick, verify, package and prepare customer orders for domestic and international shipment.
- Pull materials and order requests needed by internal production and service teams.
- Use an ERP system to process, label and prepare materials for production, service and outbound shipping.
- Support inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, quantity checks and inventory adjustments.
- Receive and organize incoming inventory, including repacking, labeling and placing materials in designated storage locations.
- Build and distribute material kits to support assembly and manufacturing operations.
- Review kit lists and sales orders for discrepancies and coordinate with the appropriate team members to resolve errors.
- Maintain accuracy, organization and a strong sense of urgency while meeting daily deadlines and shipping priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment or inventory experience preferred.
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and accurate data entry; ERP experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with shipping terminology and domestic shipping documentation preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize changing needs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexibility to work overtime when business needs require.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 65 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and pulling.
