Looking for an experienced painting subcontractor for residential projects in Rockland County. Solo painters and small crews are welcome.
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of hands-on professional experience in both interior and exterior painting.
• Able to communicate clearly in English about job details and scheduling.
• Strong surface preparation skills, including sanding, caulking, patching, and drywall repairs.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• General liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Proof of coverage required before starting.
• Must be punctual and communicate promptly about any delays.
• Must be honest, respectful of homeowners, and treat each home with the same care as their own. Protect furniture and floors, and leave the work area clean.
• Must be willing to correct workmanship issues and complete agreed touch-ups.
• Any extra work or changes to specified materials must be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Looking for someone focused on subcontracting, preferably without their own customer-facing brand. No separate branding or self-promotion on our projects.
Payment will be an agreed fixed price per project, including labor and all required paint and materials.
