I’m looking to sublease my room while I’m abroad for the spring semester! Rent and exact dates are flexible and can be negotiated depending on what works best for you. The house is located in the alleyway between 10th and Lincoln on the hill, about a 10 minute walk to campus and a 10–15-minute walk to Pearl Street.
The house is an all-women household with two undergraduate students and one post-grad, making it a great option if you’re looking for a house with a mix of students and someone who isn’t an undergrad. 
Room & House Features:

    •    Shared bathroom with one other person
    •    Sink in the bedroom
    •    Guest room with a pull-out couch
    •    In unit washer and dryer
    •    Great storage space in both the bedroom and common areas
    •    Fully equipped kitchen with appliances already included
    •    Balcony on the top floor
    •    Indoor and outdoor furniture included, with flexibility to discuss what furniture stays in the room based on what you need
    •    Utilities and trash are split between the roommates in addition to rent
    •    3 parking spots, with monthly rotation for who gets the spots
    •    Street parking is very easy to find and is close to the house
