💰 PAY & WORK SCHEDULE
* Pay: $16 per hour
* Positions Available: 2 Caregivers
* Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
* Schedule: Alternating 4-day and 3-day workweeks
* Work Schedule: Work 4 days one week and 3 days the following week.
* Location: Spring Hill, FL
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
* Provide compassionate care and support throughout the night.
* Monitor residents’ well-being and report concerns.
* Assist with personal care as needed.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
* Follow facility policies and care procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Dependable, responsible, and compassionate.
* Available to work overnight shifts.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred.
* Must meet applicable Florida employment and background screening requirements.
