We are one of the area's established AAA roadside assistance contractors and have proudly earned AAA Excellence Awards for 4 consecutive years.
No towing experience is necessary. We will train qualified applicants.

Due to company insurance requirements, applicants must meet our driving-record requirements to be considered.
• Must have a clean driving record
• No accidents or traffic violations appearing on the applicable driving record during the required 5–7 year review period
• Applicants must provide a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) covering at least the past 5 years
• Must successfully complete the company's required background screening
• Criminal-history results, including felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 7 years, will be reviewed in accordance with company requirements and applicable law
• Must successfully complete a drug screening as required by the company

We provide roadside assistance for AAA members, including:
• Towing
• Battery Service
• Tire Changes
• Lockouts
• Fuel Delivery
• Jump Starts

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have OPEN AVAILABILITY during the training and scheduling process.
You must be available to work:
• Day Shift
• Mid-Day Shift
• Night Shift
• Weekends
• Overtime when required by the company
Your regular work schedule will be assigned after successfully completing the training period.
Please do not apply if you are only available for one specific shift or cannot work weekends.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 26 years of age
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License
• Must meet company and insurance driving-record requirements
• Must provide required 5-year MVR
• Must successfully complete required background screening
• Must successfully complete required drug screening
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must be professional when dealing with AAA members
• Must be willing to learn and follow company procedures
• Must be available for all required shifts and weekends
