It’s amazing how much she’s changed in a year. Sierra has learned a lot on her own. She now respects fences and lets you rub her face and neck while she eats grain from her bucket. If she knows you, she’ll come up to the fence to say hello and sometimes even whinnies a greeting.
She knows when you’re asking for a touch and will give kisses if you offer her food. Sierra is a very smart, confident mare who recovers quickly if something startles her. She likes to do things right, is naturally curious and steady, and picks up on patterns quickly.
She looks beautiful when she runs and is a joy to spend time with in the pasture. She does well on her own in the field. Since we are moving, we need to find her a home where she can get the training she deserves.
