ISO: small breed dog (Spooner)

Looking in Spooner and surrounding areas for a small dog to adopt. Preferably scruffy, miniature schnauzer or shih tzu type. Must be ok off leash, must be good with other dogs as I have a schnauzer/silkie mix and must be good with cats. Do not reach out if dog is over 25lbs unless it's due to being chunky. In need of a friend for my current pup as we recently lost our miniature schnauzer.
