Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping maintain safe, quality, affordable housing? SNAP is looking for a Unit Turnover Technician to join our Housing Services team!
In this role, you’ll help prepare rental units for their next residents by making sure each space is clean, well-maintained, and ready to feel like home. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in a job well done, and want to make a difference in your community, we’d love to hear from you!
🔨 What You’ll Do
Clean, paint, and prepare rental units for new residents.
Perform minor repairs, caulking, and general maintenance.
Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
Help maintain safe, clean, and well-kept properties.
Work collaboratively with the property management and maintenance teams.
Care for tools, equipment, and workspaces while meeting project deadlines.
💰 What We Offer
Starting pay: $18.02–$20.08 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Full pay range: $18.02–$27.91 per hour
Full-time, regular position: 40 hours per week
