Very heavy and sturdy well-built caravan-like tiny home. This could be a fabulous Airbnb or backyard tiny house. Built for the cold weather in the high north Cascades; thick insulation. I bought it to finish as a tiny home but my plans have changed and I need to sell it. Exterior is 8 feet x 18 feet plus 4-foot overhang for a front porch deck to be built. Height is 13 feet 10 inches from the ground.

Flooring needs to be added, and some trim for windows. No electricity or water; you would have to add that. I was planning to have a separate adjacent unit for kitchen/bathroom.

Tiny home is located in Walla Walla. I cannot haul for you - it is heavy so you will need a good sized truck. Good tires and hauls well. Asking price is what I paid for it, but I may negotiate a bit. I will not reply to "Is this available" messages. If this ad is up, it's available.
