Local real estate investor seeks independent senior property manager to oversee a 80 unit portfolio of investment properties. Due to conflict of interest, I seek an individual, not an established firm. Units include apartments, single family homes, duplexes, a mobile home park, and storage facility. All are located a maximum of 2 hours from Spokane. Candidate must be well versed in the ever changing local and state laws, disclosures, and codes. Strong marketing, organizational, computer, and social media skills required. Construction and maintenance knowledge preferred, but not required.
Compensation based on gross monthly rents.
