Our home was built in 1904. We are located close to downtown and by the STA Bus routes.
Our neighborhood has a weekly farmers market in the summer, several restaurants, and shops all within walking distance.
We do have dogs and cats, so no other pets are allowed. Our pets are not your concern, but they do have plenty of love to give.
Our primary entrance is mainly the back door so you can come and go as needed, The Kitchen, Bathroom, and Laundry room are shared areas. There is street parking that is well lit.
Your room is a single occupancy, fully furnished, and about 110sq ft in size.
Due to the age of the home, size of the room, and respect to others living here, there is no overnight guests allowed.
This is a drug free, no smoking environment. No exceptions made.
This is a month to month rental with rent due in full on move in and then the 1st of the month after that. Your rent includes all utilities, WiFi, and Laundry. We supply all of the paper goods, cleaning supplies, kitchen ware, etc.
We are taking appointments now for interviews with a move in date the first week of November.
We are looking for clean, responsible, and respectful individuals who pay rent in full and on time.
You will need to provide proof of employment/income, plus personal and professional references.
