PERFECT TENANT!!!!!! (Spokane)
I need a place to rent immediately. I have a Section 8 housing voucher for $1,089 a month, and the rent must include all utilities.
It’s just me, but I’m also not looking to jump headfirst into a complicated relationship just yet. I’m recently getting out of a 12-year-long relationship, and I’m going to need some time to find myself again and do some healing. Believe me when I say there is some damage from all of that—not anything too serious, but still things that I know will work themselves out in time.
In the meantime, I’m not going to fight any sparks or interesting moments that may or may not present themselves between two grown adults as they get to know each other.
But right now, my housing situation is extremely urgent. I am running out of time on my voucher. If I can’t get moved into a place by the 14th, I’m going to lose my housing assistance completely, and I simply cannot let that happen.
Please, please, please—I’m literally begging you all. If one of you has an open rental property and genuinely wants to do an indescribably good deed for a woman going through one of the toughest times of her life, I can assure you—and even better, I can promise you—from the bottom of my heart that I will not be a problem or a headache in any way.
You will not regret choosing to give me the opportunity to prove what a great tenant looks like.
I’m very quiet, respectful, and responsible. I’m also a bit of a clean freak—not in a bad way! I genuinely enjoy keeping things tidy, clean, and organized.
When I can make the people around me smile or make someone’s life a little easier, that’s what gives me a reason to climb out of bed every day and keep moving forward.
I’m an honest, kind, and intelligent woman. I’m not out of control, and I’m not strung out on drugs. I believe there’s nothing wrong with occasionally cutting loose, having a good time, and enjoying the little things in life that bring us some extra happiness when we deserve a small reward. But there’s a time and a place for everything, and I know how to respect that.
So please, if you have a place available that might work with my voucher, give me a chance.
