Although we are gregarious and easygoing, we tend to stick to ourselves. peaceful, welcoming environment.
Huge, lovely yard with lots of parking. really secure and tranquil area. The owner and other tenants are quiet and mature.
There is an Ethernet cable available. (30 mbps up, 40 mbps down)
Here, local mobile phone providers Verizon and AT&T receive one to three bars.
A 4WD vehicle or truck is required. There is a slope in the driveway as well, which causes slippery ice in the winter. Snow tires are strongly advised, and 4WD is necessary.
A background check and references are needed, which the tenant must pay for ($50). No animals.
Rent for the first and final months + a refundable move-in deposit. $1,800 is the total cost to move in.
