Need help with computer (Spokane)

ASUS branded prebuilt tower, the guts inside, an MSI Gaming Pro Carbon board, a Ryzen CPU, and liquid cooler, and a Gigabyte graphics card

Computer worked fine let my son have and he took out the graphics card. I put it back but it is starting up and then turning off. I remember switching the internal battery so I think a cord is in the wrong spot or something. Should be a very fast and easy fix for someone who knows the inside of a pc better than me. I have repaired several pcs. This one a little confusing inside.

I can bring it by with a monitor if needed to. I don’t imagine it taking longer than 20 minutes and I got 20$
