His name is El Chapo. He responds to (Choppy, Choppy boy, Baby bird) he makes kissing noises. He was last seen flying south toward cannon park from around Shannon and belt. Please if you hear him( it's be completely different than the normal birds) or see his blue and green butt please contact me!
