General contractor/carpenter/maintenance man. I've been at these trades over 30 yrs. My rates are reasonable, and I have references. In the past 4 months alone. I have installed over 5 hundred ft LVP.
Design &built two 1:12's ADA wheelchair accessible. Tore out & reconstructed 12'×20 wood deck/installed existing picturesque walls, built addition piece to complete the new structure/including design both
new lattice, handcrafted, & repair with new. Designed & constructed new transition boards doorways. + Repair & built new wood gates.
