Five (5) High-capacity cast aluminum wheels for a Ford F350 4x4 with single rear wheels and an (8-170 Bolt Pattern). With some wear. Purchased in 2003 for $3400.
I used a Michelin XDE2 Plus 285/70R/19.5 (commercial highway truck tire) that has a 6200-pound capacity per tire and mounted them on a Vision aluminum cast 19.5” wheels. My primary reason to go this route was safety considerations, on my 2000 Ford F350 4x4; however, the cost per mile turned out to be less with this alternative.
Not only did these tires cost less per mile, but I also benefitted from the safety of a 6200-pound tire and 19.5” aluminum cast wheels.
