Start right up on the first or second pull. It has a Tecumseh 10 hp engine that is rated industrial/commercial which means it probably has cast iron sleeves. It runs well. You can chip branches on one side and shred leaves on the other side of the machine. If you prefer, you can fold down the hopper and rake leaves right into it. The tires a good.
