I have 3 Buff Orpington pullets that should begin laying eggs any day now. They are part of a flock of chicks purchased at Theisens at the end of May. About half were supposed to be roosters but they all turned out to be hens and 10 are too many for my coop. They're very nice birds and raised on Kalmbach grower feed. Just started feeding them layer feed.
They've gotten some free range, too.
