2001 ford excursion - $5,200 (Sparta)

Runs and drives. 185k miles. Has rusted rockers and tail pipe broke off behind muffler. Tires have good tread. Interior lights take a while to cut off and make some noise when turning to the right. Brakes are roughly a year old. Ac and heat work. Power locks do not work, must lock doors manually. Might be something simple I just never looked into it.
