This Everett spinet piano is a family heirloom that needs a new home, suitable for a budding young artist or an accomplished pianist. My mother was a highly regarded church pianist for decades, and this is the piano on which she practiced her craft. This was in our family home for over 60 years and treated with respect, and it's still in very good condition with pleasing tonal quality and excellent mechanical action. The reason for the low price is simply the difficulty of moving heavy pianos coupled with the need for a fairly swift sale. The split level house where it's located requires descending 5 stairs to ground level (see photo). The piano measures just under 5' long, 40" tall, and 24" deep.
