Tiny home shell built on a 32’ fifth wheel frame. Currently has a goose neck adapter on it now. Currently registered and have title in hand.
I built this when I had slow days building residential homes.
The tiny home is 32’ long 8’ 6” wide and 13’5” hooked onto a truck. Inside height is 10’ the room upfront over hitch you can stand up fully with a 6’ height. Has dual 1 ton axles fully wired to drive legally down the road. Floor is built with 2x6, 3/4 subfloor decking and insulated with r21. Has a black metal standing seam roof. Electric jack upfront to raise and lower when you’re hooking up. Has scissor jacks on all four corners for stabilizing long term. I fully rebuilt everything on the frame before going vertical. New bearing, brakes, tires - I spared no expense with the building materials and the frame.
This is a great project for someone that wants to make all the finishes inside unique to their liking and style. When someone buys this I’ll throw the option out to build a deck, skirting around bottom and inclose the front where the fifth wheel is for additional price.
I would be fully onboard to transport and deliver this to purchasers residence. A lot of effort, time and money went into this little project- asking 37,500come check it out, let’s talk and make a deal.
It’s located outside of orting off of Orville and card road at my dads place
