Self-employed Philadelphia creative professional and small-business owner seeking a private office, studio, or small commercial workspace for immediate or near-immediate occupancy.
I’m looking for a clean, professional space where I can work consistently, meet clients when appropriate, handle business administration, create artwork/media, and operate my growing businesses.
Ideal space:
• Philadelphia / surrounding area
• $300–$500/month preferred
• Private room or small office/studio
• 24-hour access strongly preferred
• Electricity/utilities included is a major plus
• Wi-Fi/internet available is a plus
• Month-to-month or flexible lease preferred
• Safe, professional environment
• Access for storing reasonable business equipment/materials
• Ground-floor access is helpful but not required
I am not looking for a party space or residential arrangement. I’m looking for a legitimate workspace that I can respect, maintain, and use productively.
I have multiple creative and service-based business activities, including art production, multimedia work, business administration, and a growing glass/window-cleaning operation.
I’m especially interested in opportunities where an owner has an unused office, extra room, small storefront office, studio, or commercial space that could benefit from having a responsible tenant.
