We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team performing commercial construction, waterproofing, concrete repair, and caulking work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in construction.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with commercial waterproofing and sealant applications.
Perform concrete repair, surface preparation, and related labor.
Apply caulking and joint sealants.
Assist with job site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
Follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to get to job sites.
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Must be physically capable of performing construction labor, including lifting materials and working outdoors.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
