This one solves a specific problem: most modeling amps (Positive Grid Spark, Boss Katana, Yamaha THR II, Fender Mustang, Marshall Code) have no effects loop, so a normal looper records whatever tone you're on. Switch to your dirty channel and your clean rhythm loop goes dirty with it. The ULooper connects over USB instead of a jack, so your loop stays exactly as recorded while you change presets and solo over it.
