We are seeking dedicated Production Workers, Digital Operators, and Forklift Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The successful candidates will play a vital part in the manufacturing process, handling various tasks from machine operation to material handling, supporting our commitment to delivering top-quality products. Duties
Manage digital printing and prepress processes to prepare materials for production runs.
Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the warehouse and production areas.
Support packaging operations by assembling, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production deadlines efficiently.
Skills
Proven experience with forklift operation in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Knowledge of prepress processes and digital printing.
Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, including packaging and machining processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues.
Adaptability to learn new equipment or procedures as required. Available Shifts
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Monday through Friday
WEEKEND SHIFT: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Work 36 hours-be paid for 40 hours + bonus.
Pay & Benefits
Starting wage: $15.00 per hour
Digital Machine Operators receive a monthly production bonus in addition to hourly pay
