In this hands-on role, you will build and install custom cabinetry and woodwork for high-end and commercial van conversions. Key Responsibilities
• Cabinetry making
• Fabricate and install custom cabinetry for van conversion projects
• Work with plywood materials
• Laminates (Formica)
• Operate woodworking machinery and tools, including:
• Table saw, sliding table saw, miter saw
• Router and router table
• Band saw, drill press
• Reciprocating saw
• Screw guns and general power tools
Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience as a cabinet maker, carpenter, or woodworker (shop or construction environment)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, custom woodworking
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with woodworking tools and machinery
• Experience working with laminates, finishes
• Ability to translate technical designs into precise, high-quality builds
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the automotive field is a plus (not required)
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
