Seeking an individual who needs a room for rent and a residence. I found myself in a position where I needed to relocate quickly and accepted the first house available after paying numerous locations between $45 and $50 for application fees. This area isn’t my preferred place to live (off Lincolnway West on Cleveland Ave), but it’ll have to suffice for the next two months. The location is simply aged and will require too much effort to renovate it to my preference.
I'm accustomed to residing in a perfectly organized space that appears great; however, at this point, I'm seeking a roommate on a month-to-month lease.
