I have a minimal retirement income - able to afford $600 per month/to include utilities.

In need of a location about a mile from transit access. Outer Pt. Townsend/other areas of Jefferson County.

Would much prefer days spent per food-growing and preservation, farm and companion animal care, similar.

With an especially healthful lifestyle (and chemical sensitivities) seeking a tobacco and drug-free environment.

I have a particularly "monastic" lifestyle - thus, prefer a very small living space.

I'm extremely clean, live simply and use only a few natural products (should this be off-grid, etc.).
