Parking space is available for 1 vehicle and a bus stop is close by.

We're seeking a clean, communicative and considerate working professional who is comfortable with rural living and will respect the property and neighbourhood. As the suite is part of a young family home, some occasional light noise is to be expected.
No smoking, no parties, no loud musical instruments. One small, well-trained pet may be considered (deposit required).
Monthly rent of $1450 includes internet, water and garbage collection. Tenant to pay 30% of hydro bill every two months.
Available for 1-year fixed term or month-to-month. Shorter fixed durations can also be discussed (minimum 2 months).
References and proof of employment required for shortlisted applicants. Selected applicant to pay a damage deposit of half a month's rent.
