This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is being offered for rent. It has an attached 2 car garage, and a large master suite upstairs. We are looking for responsible renters, no smoking or vaping in the house or on the property. No pets. (Sorry, the last renter's pets destroyed the floors so we are changing our policy on pets.) It is currently being painted and new flooring installed so inside pictures will be available when that is complete. Rent is $1800 per month with a $1200 deposit for any damage or cleaning . $3000 therefore is due on or before move in. Renter is responsible for utilities of water / sewer (approx 92 per month) and electricity. It is available after the 15th of October.
