Hiring Experienced Crew Leader for Remodels (Santa Barbara County)
Ranch Hands Construction is seeking a skilled, multi-trade Crew Leader for high-quality residential remodels throughout Santa Barbara County. Projects include bathrooms, kitchens, home renovations, and a wide variety of residential construction work. You’ll lead projects from start to finish, work directly with clients, and ensure exceptional craftsmanship on every job.
Requirements:
• Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, painting, and general construction
• Proven experience leading residential remodels from start to finish
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• References and proof of experience required
Pay: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
