A little about me:

Able to provide professional and personal references.
No pets.
Single occupant.
Extremely clean, organized, respectful, and conscientious about maintaining my living space.
My rental criteria:
One-bedroom apartment preferred.
Maximum monthly budget: $2,100.
Brooklyn or Manhattan preferred, although I am open to considering other neighborhoods and locations for the right opportunity.
Serious landlords and legitimate rental opportunities only.
I am a Trinidadian professional who takes pride in maintaining a peaceful, clean, and respectful home. I value stability, responsibility, and mutual respect between tenants and landlords.
If you have a legitimate apartment available or know of a landlord willing to work with a SOTA voucher, I would sincerely appreciate hearing from you.
Please, serious inquiries only.
