We are a local real estate development company, who has been in business for a long time.
We have a lot of permits and projects currently in process and/or starting now or starting soon.
We are currently looking to fill 2 working foreman positions.
Full-time Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm (12pm lunch).
Starting Pay Range is $40 - $45 hourly, DOE.
Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver license.
A working foreman will schedule and supervise construction projects from start to finish while simultaneously performing trade work. Ensuring projects are completely safely, on time and within budget. This is a working position, which means hands on work is a daily requirement.
• Subcontractor Coordination & Scheduling
• Be fully familiarized and have a full understanding of building plans before starting a project.
• Scheduling and completion of required permit inspections.
• Deep understanding of framing, carpentry, construction details, techniques, etc.
• Strong clear communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (e.g. spreadsheets, emails, schedules, etc.).
• Site layout and grades
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Good time management.
• A lead on misc. projects and tasks.
