Empire Vue LLC is looking for a dependable construction laborer to assist with residential remodeling, demolition, cleanup, and general construction projects throughout Snohomish County and surrounding areas.
Typical Duties:
Interior and exterior demolition
Jobsite setup, protection, and cleanup
Loading, unloading, and hauling materials
Assisting carpenters and other trades
Using basic hand and power tools
Removing construction debris
Following jobsite safety procedures
Requirements:
Dependable and able to arrive on time
Able to perform physically demanding work and lift 50–75 pounds
Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Comfortable using basic construction tools
Reliable transportation to jobsites
Valid driver’s license preferred
Construction or demolition experience preferred, but we will consider motivated applicants willing to learn
Must maintain a professional attitude around customers and their homes
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Project-based, with the possibility of ongoing work
Service Area: Snohomish County and surrounding communities, current worksite is in Skagit county in the city of Bow WA.
