Sports & Imports Marietta is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles based on their budget and lifestyle.
Present vehicle features, benefits, pricing, warranty options, and financing programs.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up with internet, phone, walk-in, and previous customers.
Make outbound calls and send text messages to generate appointments and sales.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow up consistently through the dealership CRM.
Work with management and the finance department to structure and close deals.
Assist customers with trade-ins, financing, down-payment options, and vehicle protection products.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer-service goals.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Follow all dealership policies and applicable laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales or customer-service backgrounds are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and a positive, competitive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Comfortable making phone calls, sending texts, and following up with customers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible dealership schedule.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
