We're looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for solo company, team company, and owner-operator positions. If you're ready for long-haul routes, competitive earning opportunities, and well-equipped trucks, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Earning Potential
Company Solo Drivers: Up to $4,000 per week
Company Team Drivers: Up to $9,000 per week per team
Owner-Operators: Up to $12,000–$13,000 per week in gross revenue
General Weekly Earnings Range: $3,000–$8,000, depending on position and performance
Actual earnings vary based on miles, loads, and position. Owner-operator revenue is subject to operating expenses and applicable deductions.
Routes & Schedule
OTR routes throughout the lower 48 states
4 weeks on the road followed by 1 week at home
Dry van freight
Consistent freight opportunities
Dispatch and operational support
Trucks & Equipment
Drive well-equipped 2020 and 2027 Freightliner trucks, depending on availability.
APU (Auxiliary Power Unit)
Refrigerator and microwave
Power inverter
Comfortable sleeper cab
Modern safety features
Well-maintained equipment
Essential amenities for long-haul driving
Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1.5 years of OTR driving experience required**
Safe driving record
Must meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements
Ability to operate equipment safely and professionally
Owner-operators must meet applicable equipment, insurance, and operating requirements
Responsibilities
Safely transport freight across the lower 48 states
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Deliver loads according to schedule
Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures
Communicate with dispatch about loads, routes, and delays
