Complete vintage Italian winemaking setup sold as one local-pickup lot. Includes an F.lli Rossi S.p.A. manual ratchet basket wine/grape press, powered Italian-made grape crusher/destemmer, two SSS 350-liter food-grade HDPE vats with spigots (700 liters combined), three large glass demijohns with protective baskets including one marked 54 L, two glass carboys, bottle-drying tree, airlocks, bungs and the grape crates shown.

Press basket measures approximately 19 inches inside diameter by 25-26 inches high. Includes ratchet head, central screw, operating lever, collection pan and spout, follower plates, pressure blocks and hardwood spacers. Crusher motor label shows Dayton, approximately 1/2 HP, 115/230V, single phase, 60 Hz and approximately 1725 RPM.
