Established pub/restaurant for sale - $225 (Brookings)
631 Chetco Ave
QR Code Link to This Post
Established in April 2014.
In 2013 we took the building down to studs and did a complete build out, in and out (including all new electrical and plumbing) to suit our needs, brand and look/feel of atmosphere. We are known for our creative craft cocktails, warm inviting candle lit vintage/industrial atmosphere, live music and our from scratch creative menu. This is a turn key operation, open 6 nights a week and currently employing 10 people.
We have over 50 years combined restaurant/bar experience and put a lot of love into this concept. This is a very well branded and respected establishment with a great following and a decade of vendor, community and musician relationships.
This is a full package deal, all recipes, assets, equipment, branding, online presence etc.
For serious inquiries please email and we will provide more images, and any further information requested. Room for financial growth by opening for lunch and Sundays. Asking 225k. May consider carrying partial with at least 175 down.
