Or some items can be purchased separatly. Maybe you are just looking for scalder and plucker. I can price individually. When I started I got a small electric scalder and a one bird at a time plucker. not very efficient. This featherman equipment is a game changer.
The Scalder holds 48 gallons of water. I filled with hot water and the gas burner takes no time to get it to 150 degrees.
