Shining “K” Meats is bringing ranch-raised, freezer-ready beef to Brookings, Crescent City, Smith River and surrounding communities September 5–7.
This is a limited delivery, and reservations must be placed in advance.

WHOLE BEEF — $6,130 flat
HALF BEEF — $3,160 flat
Guaranteed minimum of 210 lbs. of take-home beef
QUARTER BEEF — $1,580 flat
Guaranteed minimum of 105 lbs. of take-home beef
Your beef will be:
• Custom cut according to your family’s preferences
• Professionally processed
• Individually vacuum sealed

• Clearly labeled for easy meal planning
• Approximately 40% ground beef and 60% steaks and roasts, depending on your cutting instructions
A quarter is an equal share from the entire animal—not simply the front or rear quarter—so you receive a balanced selection of steaks, roasts and ground beef.
Shining “K” Meats is a family-owned Nevada ranch and meat-processing business. Because we are both the rancher and the processor, we follow each animal from birth through butchering and know exactly where your beef comes from and how it is handled.
