Selling my 1966 Jeep Gladiator J3000. Solid classic truck with a full Chevy running gear swap — runs great, no leaks.
Drivetrain:
- Chevy 283 V8 — runs strong
- Turbo 350 automatic — freshly rebuilt
- NP205 transfer case — the desirable one
- Dana 60 rear axle
- Dana 44 front axle
Suspension / Tires:
- Slight lift
- 35" Super Swamper tires — like new condition
The honest part:
Truck is in great shape overall, with two rust areas to know about:
- Rust on the driver's side of the bed as seen in the photo that will need repair
- Floorboards have had previous rust repair and will need additional repair at some point.
Everything else is great. This is a hard-to-find early Gladiator already set up with the right motor, trans, transfer case, and axles — the hard swap work is done.
