Small Space Needed in Midtown School District (Atlanta)

My son was given permission to come back to Atlanta and he wants to return to the Midtown School Cluster. I have a home elsewhere, so we need an address fast to establish residency for school. Because I have a house elsewhere, we wont have clutter, pets, drama, nothing like that. I am willing to pay, I am willing to work around the property, Im willing to renovate an unlivable space into something you can rent for years after we are gone. If you have that room, or loft in the garage, or basement. ANYTHING, school starts in 10 days and we are desperate. You will probably only see us Monday - Thursday nights, as we will head out for most weekends
